SHIPPING POLICY Inkforcheap.com offers Same Day Shipping for all orders received before 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. This is our standard procedure and not a guarantee. Orders received after that time and on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day. Although we place a high priority on getting your order shipped as soon as possible, please note we make no guarantees as large orders, seasonal peaks, severe weather conditions or other circumstances may sometimes delay shipping.

We reserve the right to choose what carrier we use to ship your product, our standard choices are US Priority Mail, UPS, Fed Ex ground. All overnight request are shipped either UPS or Federal Express. Most ground delivery are received with 2-7 business day, not counting the day it's been shipped.

All orders over $49.99 shipping is free, order below $49.99 is a standard $2.99, within the continental US.

All orders with the exception of US Priority Mail, will have tracking numbers, that will be forwarded to your email address provided on your order, so you can track your package to see when it will arrive.

If your package appears to have obvious damage by the shipping company, you may refuse the package and have the driver take it back. If any item in the package is damaged due to transit, please contact our custmer service department for instructions, or 866-433-1366.

When receiving your package if there is an item or items missing, please check your packing slip to see if there is a back order for those items, they will be shipped separately. All missing items must be reported within 10 days of receipt of your order.

RETURN POLICY All returns require a prior authorization from Inkforcheap.com. You can obtain this either in writing to or by call 866-433-1366, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. All refused orders or returns without authorization are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable on all returns. Inkforcheap.com must be notified of any misships or short ships within 10 business days of receiving your order. All refunds will be refunded in the same form of payment within 5-10 business days of receiving returned items. All products are guaranteed for 90 days and will be replaced or refunded. Any damaged or defective toner cartridge needs to be returned for credit or replacement; failure to return will result in payment of replacement or non-credit issued. Inkforcheap.com reserves the right if product returned is not ours to return at your expense.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. InkForCheap.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. InkForCheap.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
