What is the difference between compatible, remanufactured, and OEM cartridges?
A compatible cartridge is a cartridge that has been manufactured using all new materials. A remanufactured cartridge is a cartridge that has been recycled and reprocessed from an original cartridge. The recycling/reprocessing encompasses cleaning the cartridge, replacing key components, and refilling the ink. An OEM cartridge is a cartridge developed
by the Original Manufacturer.

What are your payment methods?
MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Diners Club are accepted at checkout. For those who are not comfortable placing your order on-line, you may fax or mail your credit card order (see next question). Checks and money orders are also accepted though there will be a 5 business days delay after receiving your check before the order will be shipped. See next question for instructions.

What is your Warranty and Return Policy?
We accept returns for a full refund for unopened and sealed cartridges for 30 days, and exchanges for 60 days. Customer is responsible for shipping charges, but there is no restocking fee. In order to keep our prices low, we cannot accept returns that are not sealed and/or do not include the original box.
InkForCheap.com warrants all of its supplies for use in printers. OEM, OEM-Compatible, and remanufactured cartridges are warranted to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship until the cartridge is depleted. These cartridges are manufactured and remanufactured to the most stringent quality control standards possible, guaranteeing performance that meets or exceeds that of the OEM.
InkForCheap.com will, at its discretion, either replace products that prove to be defective or refund the purchase price. The warranty does not cover cartridges that have been refilled, emptied, abused, misused, or tampered with in any way.
Defective cartridges may be exchanged or returned a full refund. In the event of an exchange, a replacement cartridge will be sent to you after we are in receipt of the defective cartridge. We will pay all shipping charges if the cartridge is proved defective. You must e-mail

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. This limited warranty supercedes any other warranty relating to these products. In no event shall
InkForCheap.com be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the use of its products.
InkForCheap.com also warrants that subject to the conditions stated below, and under normal use, these cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible machine. Your manufacturer's warranty for your printer cannot be voided just because you use a compatible cartridge. The tampering of any
InkForCheap.com cartridge by any person or persons, other than by an
InkForCheap.com representative, voids all warranties and releases
InkForCheap.com from all liability.
InkForCheap.com warranty is void on all OEM, Generic, and Compatible Cartridges that are more than 90 days old from the date of purchase.
REFILL KITS:
We offer refill kits as a convenience to our customers who prefer the kits to buying an inkjet cartridge. Due to the intervention required by the customer to refill the cartridge, and the requirement to follow instructions exactly as stated,
InkForCheap.com is not liable for any damage resulting from leaks or cartridge performance. Opened refill kits will not be refunded.

What are your shipping charges?
Shipping charges are often used by other websites as a way of increasing their profit margins. We charge reasonable shipping fees that reflect charges from shipping companies and also costs associated with the packing and handling of the cartridges. Our shipping charges
for 2 - 4 business day delivery are as follows:

How long will it take to receive my order?
For orders placed prior to 4:00PM EST, the following chart is a guide on when you can expect your order to arrive. The usual delivery time is
